Soul/Spirit:

   How to care for the Soul -- the Spirit.  I bet the first thing you thought of was Religion.  Is the author some form of religious guru that will set my spirit free?  No.  I do have credentials, but it is up to you to care for something that is so worthy and special as your Soul/Spirit!

 

   Our Soul is the home of our emotions, our cares and our feelings. 

 

   Our Spirit is the home of what is not taught, but what is felt.

 

   We pay attention to our Soul/Spirit every day when it speaks to us. 

·         This is what tells us we are in love.

·         This is what tells us to run when we feel fear.

·         This is what controls our tear ducts when we are happy with too much joy or sadness.

·         It is a way for our body to speak to us from within.

If our Soul/Spirit is not cared for, our emotions become unbalanced.  We cannot judge what is good for us nor can we judge what is bad.

 

We maintain balance through positive relationships with ourselves, our families, our friends, our religion.

 

Did you ever talk to yourself?  Give yourself peep talks?  Look in the mirror and give yourself a look over and feel good at who you are?  If you can't remember the last time -- it's been too long!
