Professional:

Dr. Wanda Merical, DHH has over 34 years of experience working with Federal, State, and local government requirements; attention to detail, deadlines, and requirements; working with volunteers and non-profit organizations; grant writing and projects requiring high success rates.

Served active duty in the United States Air Force for 24-years culminating as a Quality Consulting Manager and Associate Director:

  • Managed $14.6M payroll and $7M business accounts

  • Implemented Divisional visions, mission statements, goals, objectives, and self assessments.

  • Extensive customer services, perfecting administrative organization, increasing productivity with decreasing manpower.

  • Supervised and managed Multi-National, Multi-Service, classified materials, computer systems and budgets in NATO for over 7-years.

  • Conducted International surveys, office relocations and computer upgrade training that increased productions 90%.

Dr. Wanda Merical interviewed, surveyed and developed a data-base resource that enhanced the services provided to all homeless and low-income families within the Cumberland County area of North Carolina.  The Homeless services database was benchmarked by the Employment Commission Centers in Nebraska which ultimately won awards.

Dr. Wanda Merical established the groundwork for the Volunteer Resource Program Manager for Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina.  She created operating instructions, training programs, interview processing and ultimately started over 146 new volunteer positions across the base.

Created a new business, W. Merical, Inc. in 2000 to provide business and marketing opportunities to new and well established companies and agencies based on their company requirements, deadlines, projects and funding.
