Now you've discovered your Body, Mind and Soul/Spirit is Connected.

Now what?

Body:

   Our bodies show everyone how we feel, what we think, and how we treat ourselves.

   Our bodies are designed to require movement every day to stay active -- to stay alive.

Activities can include:

·         Evening strolls around the block after dinner

·         Frantic shopping trips during special occasions or window shop

·         Visit your local Farmer's Market -- take Friends

·         Walks through the park

·         Walk your dog -- or borrow a neighbor's dog -- or help an animal shelter walk animals

·         Outdoor sports (swimming, biking, climbing, Geocaching, playing ball, etc.)

·         Moving residences?  Or help a Friend or Love One (think of all the lifting and packing you're doing)

·         Chasing young children around the house

Just know that if you're not on a regulated exercise program established by your physician you need to get off the couch and away from the computer and move those muscles.

Our bodies need the proper nourishment and specific amounts of rest to work properly.  Each person needs to find what's right for their body system.  Men are different than women.  Adults are different than children.  We each have our own internal clocks that require attention to foods, eating times, sleep patterns, hours of sleep, and even naps to feel right.

Our bodies are mostly made up of water.  Some say they can find a small bit of sea water in the very basics of our structure.

When it comes to our bodies, it's like our minds -- if you don't use them, we'll lose them -- so let's become active.

Activity is a movement that exercises most of our muscles.  Activities come in many ways that will satisfy a basic need to keep your blood circulating while working the muscles and keeping the organs working properly.
